Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides innovative
leadership and direction to the firm while insuring our commitment
to our clients. Recognizing that our staff face many different
challenges on a day-to-day basis, the Board understands what
sets us apart from other professionals is the way we react to
those challenges, the importance of being accountable for our
actions and maintaining our independence and objectivity in everything
we do while delivering what we promised, on time and within budget.
The Board is committed to promoting good business practice and
working with our clients and their business partners in a collaborative
manner to provide proactive solutions to better serve their needs.
Advisory Board
In the ever-changing world of employee
benefits, our Board of Directors believes it is critical to
the firm’s success
to surround ourselves with a formal network of employee benefit
professionals of all disciplines to share experiences about their
business, the challenges they face, both past and present, and
their solutions, both successes and failures.
Our Advisory Board is comprised of six
(6) accomplished professionals, consisting of a physician,
pharmacist, ERISA attorney, healthcare consultant, six sigma
consultant and a certified public accountant. The
Advisory Board meets on a quarterly basis with the Board of Directors
to advise them on various business matters.
